Leadership Opportunity in Food and Beverage Retail

The role of Store Manager offers a unique chance to drive excellence in store operations, customer service, and team management. As a key member of the retail leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of store performance while maintaining high standards of quality.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management
  • Driving store profitability by achieving sales targets and implementing effective cost control measures
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service standards and maintaining a welcoming store environment
  • Managing inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Overseeing store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Contribution to product innovation and menu development based on market trends and customer feedback
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing regular performance reports
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in retail management in the food and beverage space
  • Possession of a highly relevant Diploma (or agreed substitute)
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales and profitability
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards and OH&S regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
