Procurement and Contract Administrator
Scotford Fennessy is seeking a skilled Procurement and Contract Administrator to support the Contract and Procurement team in managing vendor data, contract administration, and reporting. This role is a six-month contract basis with potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entry, validation, and maintenance of vendor data in the supplier management system to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including pre-award and post-award activities, documentation control, and processing of commercial documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, finance) and vendors to streamline onboarding and contract management, facilitating productive partnerships.
- Develop and update procedures, checklists, and workflow documentation for vendor and contract management, promoting continuous improvement.
- Identify, monitor, and address risks associated with vendor data and contract discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute regular reports and analysis on C&P data, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of commercial and contract documentation processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and the environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills.
