Your Key Responsibilities

  2. Manage the entire check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
  3. Provide solutions-focused responses to guest queries and feedback.
  4. Upsell hotel services and maximise occupancy through effective communication.
  5. Maintain accurate payment handling and adhere to hotel policies.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay.
