Job Title: Senior Business Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Advisor to join our team in the Land Transport Safety and Regulation (LTSR) Branch, based in Brisbane.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide oversight and management of team functions, design support, project resources, and financials. They will also be responsible for program of work management, including key stakeholder relationship management for ICT changes and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support ICT and project delivery in the Branch by managing and reporting on the Program of Work, including in-flight initiatives, pipeline of future projects, TRAILS maintenance and enhancements, and ICT-enabled business changes.
  • Represent LTSR and facilitate relationships and outcomes between key stakeholders within TMR and partners, including representing the Branch at the TMR Maintenance & Enhancement Working Group and other ICT and business-related forums.
  • Provide advice to achieve maturity and capability growth of Program of Work initiatives, lifecycle operational management, and reporting in line with LTSR outcomes and direction.
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities for ongoing improvement, including the development and management of progress and task management.
