Join a dynamic team as a Finance and Payroll Professional

This role involves supporting the payroll process, customer invoicing and accounts payable functions.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably in finance and payroll support
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience working in an ERP environment desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Excellent administrative skills with a focus on meeting deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including generating and sending invoices
  • Manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely processing
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and associated activities within set deadlines
  • Assist employees with payroll queries and provide follow-up support when required
  • Process Superannuation Contributions and other related tasks
  • Perform general administrative duties
