Technical Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team. As a senior technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service in the Sydney area.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing HVAC maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs;
  • Quoting repairs and replacements;
  • Working with and supporting clients and co-workers;
  • Providing detailed maintenance and service reports with exceptional attention to detail;
  • A commitment to safety and compliance;
  • Building relationships with clients and our team;
  • Leading by example as a senior technician.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and licenses to perform duties, including an active drivers license;
  • 1 year of experience in HVAC/R (preferred);
  • ARCTIK Licence; and
  • A current Australian driver's licence.
