Role Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our e-mobility and fleet management initiatives. As a General Manager E-Mobility, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategies that align with sustainability goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-mobility and fleet strategies to ensure alignment with sustainability objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee daily operations of the electric vehicle fleet, including vehicle maintenance, charging infrastructure, and logistics management.
  • Manage complex projects related to procurement, contract negotiations, infrastructure development, and fleet expansion initiatives.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards regarding health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Promote initiatives to reduce carbon footprint and enhance sustainability practices within the fleet, fostering a culture of environmentally responsible business practices.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Management, Transportation, or Project Management.
  • You possess 10+ years of experience in fleet management or e-mobility, with a successful track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
