Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Coordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the smooth execution of facility tasks and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to establish and implement effective procedures and policies.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, collect work orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor activities outside the building, including waste management and recycling initiatives.
  • Follow established protocols and provide clear information in response to common inquiries or complaints from clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize existing procedures to resolve routine problems under close supervision.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to follow standard work routines and adhere to established standards.
  • Effective communication skills to exchange information and collaborate with others.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and basic mathematical abilities.
