Senior Educator Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Educator to join our team in the Adelaide region. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children, families and colleagues, and delivering high-quality education programs in collaboration with the Education Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families and colleagues.
  • Develop and implement engaging education programs that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Work collaboratively with the Education Leader to achieve educational goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
