Rural Clinical Nurse Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate clinical practice and ensure delivery of best-practice quality care.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nurses and medical staff, helping them grow professionally.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Maintain current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant authorities.
- Mandatory qualification/s and professional registration requirements are essential.
- A recent experience in an acute setting is necessary.
- Emergency Nursing experience and Advanced Life Support qualifications are highly desirable.
