About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our venue, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Publican in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the venue, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing marketing strategies, and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and committed to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
