Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking experienced and qualified Educators who share our vision of delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 3-4 years old. If you have a genuine passion for working with young children and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role- This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals seeking a balance between work and personal life.
- You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
- We value teamwork and collaboration, so you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Salary Estimate: AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 3-4 years old (including children with additional needs).
- Ability to scaffold and document children's learning using child-led pedagogy.
- Experience with StoryPark software is highly regarded.
- A strong commitment to child safety and inclusiveness.
