We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about providing top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Supporting the development of new sales leads and strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in customer service and sales.
  • Prior experience within the medical and healthcare industry is desired but not essential.
  • A solid understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
