Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist.

This role will involve providing high-quality patient-centered care, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications accurately and monitor for potential adverse reactions, maintaining detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and address complex health needs.
  • Provide education and support to patients' families, promoting emotional well-being and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring adherence to aged care standards and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies, utilizing advanced clinical skills to stabilize patients and initiate appropriate interventions.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to patient care and management.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
