About the role

The Saraji open cut mine is a significant coal mine with reserves of 648 million tonnes of coking coal. We export coal internationally to steel producers worldwide.

We have upcoming opportunities for Heavy Equipment Operators operating on a 3D3N6X roster within the Production team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace
  • Maintaining safety, equipment, housekeeping, and compliance standards
  • Working cooperatively within a team to achieve production targets

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operating heavy machinery, including draglines and dozers, and will possess:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to meet production targets
  • Current RII Competency in Dragline and Dozer operations
  • Minimum 'C' Class Driver's license
  • Additional competencies such as D10/D11 Dozers, Graders are advantageous
