Lead Large-Scale Initiatives

We specialize in tackling the most complex challenges across global aerospace and defence.

This role will see you spearheading large programs, overseeing vendors, creating value-stream strategies and progress reports, as well as contributing to annual strategic planning efforts.

  • Guarantee that large-scale initiatives adhere to their respective plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage key vendors by developing milestones, program plans, schedules, and budgets for each project.
  • Prepare and present value-stream strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders.
  • Support business-wide annual strategic planning efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture and address program-related issues, allocating resources accordingly and adjusting contractual specifications as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development of new business growth strategies.
  • Supervise the use of all allocated resources to ensure efficient utilization.
  • Participate in and lead contract negotiations and modifications.
  • Direct all program phases from inception to completion.
  • Interface with customers to clarify project requirements for successful completion.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance preferred.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in program management is required.
  • Proven track record in contract negotiation and managed program lifecycle.
  • Financial acumen within a PM environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to travel and work remotely.
