About the Role

This busy, diverse, and challenging role involves delivering high-quality meals that meet the individual needs of our residents. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents can enjoy their meals in the company of others.

  • You will join a passionate team of food creators who strive to deliver excellence in food nutrition and catering to individual and diverse needs.
  • Take pride in creating a menu that caters to diverse individual needs and ensures that all meals are prepared to the highest standard.

As a member of our kitchen team, you will be expected to:

  • Prepare and deliver nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that adheres to food handling and hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they understand and adhere to our high standards.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality person-centered aged care services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
