Condensary Operator

We are seeking an experienced Condensary Operator to join our team at our Cooee milk processing facility in Australia. As a key member of our dairy manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.

• To operate and maintain equipment in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• To ensure all occupational health and safety requirements are met.
• To monitor and adjust production equipment to meet customer product requirements.
• To identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• To communicate effectively with the team and management on shift handover information.

• Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining complex machinery.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
• Ability to work accurately according to standard work processes and record data.
• Proven experience of successfully working in a manufacturing/production position.
• Literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base salary, we also offer a range of benefits including:
