Job Overview

The primary responsibility of a Registered Nurse involves delivering high-quality clinical care to residents within our residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • Providing direct clinical nursing services to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures
  • Leading the personal care team, providing coaching and guidance as required
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all policies and procedures
Key Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly
  • Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Ability to assess AN-ACC processes
  • Proficiency in clinical knowledge, particularly in relation to age-related health issues
  • Excellent coaching and training skills
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to obtain necessary clearances
