Job Summary:
The role involves providing administrative support, managing agency personnel timesheets, bookings, and invoicing. You will also be responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining office operations, and archiving documents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting visitors, clients, and contractors prior to entry
- Managing agency personnel timesheets, bookings, and invoicing
- Processing purchase orders and updating purchasing registers
- Maintaining clean and stocked office and kitchenette areas
- Archiving and filing documents
- Providing day-to-day administrative support as required
