The Role of the Training Coordinator

You will be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completion
  • Support trainers with scheduling, resources and student progress
  • Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students
  • Use systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partners

About You

To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, a natural ability to manage competing priorities and the confidence to support both trainers and students.

Requirements

An NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate are required.
