We support clients to implement highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP and SAP Innovation.

The Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients to understand their Payroll process needs and the nature of their businesses, and help define solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

  • Conduct process analysis and provide leading practice to define future HR processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integrations into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as Finance solutions and external providers such as Tax and Super.
  • Assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solutions with clients to understand how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvements.
  • Lead testing and coordinate testing with the client team and third parties.
  • Lead and manage the Success Factors support team comprising EC LMS PMGM ONB Conduct WSRs.
Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations support on at least 1 project and experience in working in at least two (2) Support engagements (AMS).Australian Payroll and Taxation Knowledge and Knowledge of Payroll Business Processes.6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and 10-12 years of overall experience.Ability to write Functional Specifications for development teams and help businesses with BRS documents.Ability to do Unit Testing and handle User Acceptance Testing.Sound knowledge on integration with other SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules along with S/4 Finance.Work independently to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Solutions focusing on Key Tasks Deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience of working in remote delivery models.Deliver Configurations as per Configuration Workbook with ZERO Defects.Testing Support and Issue & Defect Resolution. Cut Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan & Checklist.What's in it for you
