Senior Property Law Clerk

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Property Law Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing commercial property law clerk related legal services.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and sale of properties
  • Residential and commercial property development work
  • Conveyancing, leasing, stamp duty and settlements
  • Manage files and general administration
  • Pexa related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in development, including off-the-plan, residential, commercial and apartments
  • Excellent communication skills and strong client service focus
  • Ability to multitask and manage differing priorities
  • Experience with PEXA and document management software
