Turfcare Specialist

At Green by Nature, we are seeking a Turfcare Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing turf areas to ensure they remain lush, healthy, and resilient.

• Maintain and enhance turf areas to ensure optimal quality and playability.
• Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.
• Implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies, and pest management techniques.
• Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Maintain regular maintenance schedules to uphold the quality of turf surfaces.
• Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and provide turf care recommendations.
