We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our retail team. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone
- Investigating and helping customers with problem-solving therapy issues
- Providing set-up, on-going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard
- Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most appropriate mask based on training provided
- Providing customers with advice on the safe and effective use of their medical equipment
- Selling new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion
- Keeping good condition of the retail premises and displays
- Handling payments, balancing float and banking
- Managing trial and sales stock - maintaining stock levels and re-ordering stock as required
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment
- A caring and outstanding approach to reception duties
- The ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service skills that always look for the best outcome for the individual
- Strong and adaptable communication skills
- An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues
- Healthcare retail experience is preferred, however not necessary as we will provide all the training required
- Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service environment
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
