Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned litigator with expertise in commercial and insolvency matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases and develop your skills as a lawyer.

  • About the Role:

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients in complex court proceedings, advising on restructuring and insolvency matters, and instructing junior and senior counsel at various hearings.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in the High Court and act in large restructuring/insolvency matters.
    • Advise directors & officers, individual plaintiffs, and insolvency practitioners on complex legal issues.

  • New Opportunities:

    You will have the chance to work closely with experienced counsel, appear in various courts for hearings, and instruct junior and senior counsel at directions, interlocutory, and final hearings.

  • Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you must possess strong academic credentials and a solid background in commercial litigation.
