Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team as a Personal Training Manager. As a key member of our fitness leadership, you will be responsible for leading and elevating our Personal Training offering at one of our premier clubs.

The Role:
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing PT team while driving revenue and business growth.
  • Implement effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet club targets.
  • Oversee HIIT classes, timetables, deliver classes to inspire engagement, and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and onboard PTs who align with the club's culture and fitness values.
  • Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff.
  • Drive the in-club 8-Week Challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and Current First Aid/CPR, with flexibility for non-traditional hours.
  • Proven success in Personal Training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
  • Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, excelling under pressure while guiding teams to success.
