Job Title: Hardship and Collections Specialist

This role involves working with a start-up that offers a socially responsible financial product, assisting customers with financial well-being by learning about money management to avoid debt traps.

The Role:
  • Navigate complex financial hardship claims with emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Conduct thorough assessments of the account holder's financial position
  • Negotiate payment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Work towards having the account holder return to regular paying status
  • Review supporting documentation to make informed decisions
