Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a passionate ECC vet team, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and client service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Implement and uphold clinical protocols and best practices to maintain and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Engage with clients and community partners to promote ClearCompany and its services.
  • Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.
  • Organise veterinary team meetings, maintain roster, and provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an ECC veterinarian.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Experience as a Vet Manager (preferred not essential).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and champion work/life balance and team morale.
  • Proven track record of effectively coordinating training programs and facilitating individual development plans.
  • Leadership or management certification is an advantage.
  • Additional certification in emergency and critical care medicine is preferred.
