Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a passionate ECC vet team, ensuring the highest standards of medical care and client service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Provide clinical support and mentorship to the veterinary team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
- Implement and uphold clinical protocols and best practices to maintain and enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage with clients and community partners to promote ClearCompany and its services.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.
- Organise veterinary team meetings, maintain roster, and provide administrative support as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an ECC veterinarian.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Experience as a Vet Manager (preferred not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and champion work/life balance and team morale.
- Proven track record of effectively coordinating training programs and facilitating individual development plans.
- Leadership or management certification is an advantage.
- Additional certification in emergency and critical care medicine is preferred.
- An appealing salary that will reflect your abilities and future performance of between $150,000 and $160,000 per year + super - depending on clinical experience as a veterinarian.
