The Role

You will be responsible for managing and supervising teams, including performance management, safety management, workflow management, task execution, and leadership. Additionally, you will assist and oversee the planning and organisation of works in the workshop, ensuring job completion within time constraints. You will also prepare personnel rosters and timesheets, liaise with client representatives and project engineers, and conduct regular inspections to ensure works are carried out according to client specifications.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a recognised Australian Trade Qualification, a White Card/Blue Card, and a valid Driver's Licence. You will also have previous demonstrated experience working within a fabrication or assembly workshop environment, with a minimum of five years' experience in the relevant discipline and similar industry. Proven knowledge and experience in project planning and resource management are preferred.
