Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture young children and provide a safe and engaging learning experience
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students, focusing on literacy and numeracy in the primary years
  • Assess and report on student progress, using data to inform instruction
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders

  • Application of research-based practice and evidence-based decision making
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in fostering student development and promoting academic excellence
  • Well-developed knowledge of instructional strategies and educational technologies
