Job Overview

As a drum tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their musical goals. We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate commitment to Christian values, and have experience in teaching or tutoring instrumental music.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one and/or group tutoring lessons to students participating in the instrumental music program at multiple campuses.
  • Develop and implement flexible teaching methods tailored to individual student needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents through effective communication.
  • Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that fosters growth and progress.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a godly example through their teaching practice and lifestyle.
  • Excel in communicating ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Hold experience in teaching or tutoring instrumental music, preferably with children.
