Cash Solutions Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Cash Solutions team. This is a full-time 12-month fixed-term opportunity located at our corporate office in Adelaide, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with partners and advisors, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
- You will manage inbound and outbound call functions, including day-to-day queries and execution of outbound customer campaigns.
- You will support customer retention via partners/advisors and increase product per customer ratio.
- You will work with the operational team to resolve issues and communicate back to the business for review, within agreed timeframes and service standards.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in financial services, particularly within wealth management, financial planning or broking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer interactions and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
