Oaks Hotels is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Host to join our housekeeping team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.

Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive hourly rates, including $24.19 per hour on weekdays, $30.13 per hour on Saturdays, and $36.15 per hour on Sundays. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including 50% discounts on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New Zealand, access to paid parental leave benefits, and educational financial support.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our staff members, clients, and contractor personnel to ensure a productive and professional environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, completing cleaning tasks on time, and maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

  • A strong attention to detail and ability to personalise your service
  • Previous housekeeping experience (desired but not required)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
