About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading technology company and contribute to the success of our clients. As an NV2, IT Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Develop and implement effective IT service processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise applications, including Microsoft Windows, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint, SCCM.
  • Microsoft 365 Services (Productivity/Collaboration and Security).
  • Understanding of mobility solutions, including end-user devices and device management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • NV2 Clearance required.
