About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team at Cafs. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred case management for men undertaking our Men's Behaviour Change Program.

Our Men's Behaviour Change Program has been running for over 30 years, with the aim of family violence intervention and as part of Cafs' commitment to ending family violence. You will work closely with our Men Behaviour Change Facilitators to support the work with men, including co-facilitating Men's Behaviour Change groups.

About You

We are looking for someone who is kind, enthusiastic, and a committed team member. You will have a strong desire to deliver good outcomes for families in our communities and have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in trauma-informed principles and approaches.

You will also have demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience working within the Family Violence sector or a relevant field, with highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity, and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our stakeholders.
