Warehouse Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Team Member to join our team on a full-time basis at our site in Glendenning, NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and energetic team that effectively manages all inwards goods to our warehouse from suppliers.

You will work closely with the Inwards Goods Team Leader who will introduce you to all areas of the business and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt and processing of deliveries from distributors/suppliers
  • Assist in unloading of shipments
  • Verify accuracy of received goods
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding shipping enquiries
  • Match shipments to associated purchase orders and update records
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with stock control
  • Process returns for defective or incorrect items
  • Process transfers for shipments moving to another location
  • Participate in regular cycle count process
  • Provide raw material requirements to production
  • Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders regarding scheduled work requirements
  • Assist with restocking products during downtime

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Current forklift and driver's license essential
  • Able to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a small team
  • Enthusiastic attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks
  • Experience with warehouse stock takes an advantage
  • Relevant experience within a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
