Content Creator Role

A forward-thinking Content Creator is required to craft compelling content that drives measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing principles, experience in social video strategies, and the ability to develop and execute engaging content across formats.

The successful applicant will be responsible for helping drive the agency's content strategy, overseeing production across formats, and being a key on-camera presence. They will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure our content stands out in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with marketing goals
  • Generate and produce engaging content across formats (written, social, video, etc.)
  • Act as a brand ambassador on camera, filming and presenting as needed
  • Analyse content performance, report insights, and optimise strategies based on data
  • Collaborate with the Senior Strategist and report to the Creative Content Lead
  • Ensure brand consistency, meet deadlines and adhere to style guidelines
  • Track and report on content performance, recommending improvements
  • Stay updated on the latest content creation tools and technologies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional content creation experience, including on-camera work
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social video strategies, especially for TikTok
  • Demonstrated experience creating video content for paid social campaigns
  • Creative thinker capable of producing scroll-stopping concepts and visuals
  • Full-cycle content creation skills: brainstorming, pre-production, filming, editing, posting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-facing experience and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
