Electric Scooter Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical expertise and advice on electric scooter servicing and repairs.

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and tyre changes on electric scooters and other electric products
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet customer expectations
  • Communicate effectively with the retail team, warehouse team members, and other stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and service electric scooters and other electric products to ensure they are in good working order
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate with customers regarding job status
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a technical or trade role
  • BASIC IT and computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
