Job Title: Retail Professional

We are seeking a skilled Retail Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail leadership and excellent communication skills.

This is a part-time position, which will require availability to work fixed weekly days/hours covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve store targets and provide an exceptional consumer experience by fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role model our service and selling standards to inspire the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the brand's values and products in an inspiring way.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach the team to fine-tune service skills and foundational and seasonal brand knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and seamless stock-to-floor processes.
  • Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
  • Visual Merchandising skills.
  • Strong stockroom procedures knowledge.
