  • Ensuring products are consistently prepared to recipe and to the highest quality standard
  • Scheduling, planning and completing daily preparation and production
  • Assisting with product development
  • Controlling, recording and minimizing waste
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to ensure health and safety regulations are met
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A passion for bread with an eye for detail and presentation
  • Sound knowledge of sourdoughs and traditional breads
  • Excellent moulding and hand skills
  • The ability to maintain high and consistent standards
  • Reliable transport with a valid driver's licence
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
