Workplace Adjustments Delivery Lead

We are Woolworths Group, one of the largest employers in Australia and New Zealand, with 200,000+ team members across the region. As the Workplace Adjustments Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring team members receive the workplace adjustments they need to succeed and thrive at Woolworths. You will partner with the Injury Care team, internal stakeholders, and external providers to deliver case management and support services to team members with disabilities and/or neurodivergence.

About the Role:

  • Case Management: Provide effective case management and coordination of workplace adjustments, ensuring team members receive the necessary support to thrive in their roles.
  • Partnerships: Partner with the Injury Care team, internal stakeholders, and external providers to deliver a comprehensive support service to team members with disabilities and/or neurodivergence.
  • Disability Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks, support mechanisms, and service providers in relation to workplace adjustments, disability support, and disability discrimination.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, managers, and external providers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in case management, disability support, and/or related fields, preferably in a workplace context.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of challenges and supports available to individuals living with disabilities, such as JobAccess and NDIS referral pathways and support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, case management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
