This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in speech pathology who are looking to gain valuable experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech pathology services to clients, including assessments, treatments, and consultations.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans and programs.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
