About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in a full-time end-user role, with an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in a rapidly growing organisation working with the latest Dynamics 365 technologies.

This is an opportunity for you to lead a D365 CRM solutions team in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining, while working with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to deliver complex projects.

As a technical expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, as well as communicating technical and business requirements to stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the D365 CRM solutions team in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining.
  • Work with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to deliver complex projects.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Communicate technical and business requirements to stakeholders and teams.
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on development, implementation, and/or design experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Outstanding knowledge and experience in the full software development life-cycle.
  • Ability to communicate at the technical, business, and personal levels with colleagues and stakeholders.
