Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually striking campaign key visuals, video storyboards, social media content, print materials, and more.
  • Lead visual explorations from ideation to implementation, effectively communicating design rationales to the team.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look across channels, continuously evolving designs to meet the needs of diverse projects.
  • Design partner content while ensuring brand consistency, especially in the sports world.
  • Actively research and create AI-assisted visuals that meet our high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Strategic Planners to design assets for various channels.
  • Work on diverse international projects simultaneously, showcasing your adaptability and project management skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house design studio, preferably with a focus on campaigns.
  • An impressive online portfolio or presentation demonstrating your design and conceptual abilities.
  • A proactive 'get things done' attitude with a quick learning curve.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other graphic applications.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, including AI-assisted creative work.
  • Strong determination, attention to detail, and the ability to captivate audiences visually.
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and art direction is a plus.
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous.
  • You must be located in the APAC region.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location factors.
