About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery to our guests. Your primary objective will be to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of food and beverage operations.

  • Leadership and Training: Provide guidance and training to your team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver outstanding service.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate employee schedules, including shift changes and absences, to ensure seamless coverage and optimal staff utilization.
  • Customer Service: Analyze guest requirements and develop plans to resolve any issues, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Quality Control: Inspect the presentation of all served items, both food and beverage, to guarantee consistency and excellence in quality.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned F&B Supervisor with prior experience in restaurant management or a similar industry. As a successful candidate, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
