The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, leading and directing the workshop team, diagnosing, servicing and repairing equipment to ensure customer expectations are met. They will also assist the service manager with job costing, quotations and retail repairs, and maintain exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer service at all times.
