Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for aged care clients in the community.
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote independence and restore functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
  • Postgraduate experience working in aged care services, including community-based settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
