We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity.

This role will involve working closely with the General Manager of People and Learning to provide support across various functions, including communications, administration and procedures, staff movements, recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, as well as providing general support to other business areas as required.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department
  2. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  3. Coordinating staff movements and transitions
  4. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and prioritize effectively, and possess a strong focus on integrity and professionalism. Experience in customer service and/or administration is highly regarded, and qualifications in HR or studying towards them would be beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing effective HR systems and processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and address HR-related issues

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
