The role of a Senior Finance Analyst plays a key part in the Management Business unit.


The Opportunity

As a pivotal figure, you will lead monthly forecasting and reporting across a five-year forecast period, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.


  • Own the Gross Compensation forecasting process, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive results.
  • Manage cost recovery analysis and financial reporting for enabling functions, providing actionable insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations through variance analysis, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across financial systems, enhancing efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support senior-level decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to support real-time performance tracking, empowering informed decisions.
  • Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance through robust governance practices, upholding quality standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across Finance, HR, and business units on cost management, fostering collaboration.

About You

Tertiary qualification in finance or related field is essential.


Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting is required.


A background in corporate finance or FP&A is preferred, with property industry experience being an advantage.


Strong analytical skills with attention to detail are necessary.


Confident communication skills are essential for engaging senior stakeholders effectively.


Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data with integrity is vital.
